CyberShare: Strengthening Public Sector Cyber Resilience
Welcome to CyberShare, a Community of Practice designed specifically to enhance public sector capability in critical areas of cyber resilience and incident management. Our collaborative environment fosters shared learning, open communication, and the development of common practices among the wider public & third sector professionals. Cybershare is separate from the WARPs, providing training, policy support and guidance to develop incident response, resilience and governance skills. Cybershare is delivered in collaboration with the NLAWARP and industry sponsors.
We will have an initial virtual kick off in early July to those who join.

Themed workshop series
During the 2025/6 year, the service is being run as a virtual free pilot to develop an Incident Response and Exercising Cadre. There will be a series of four quarterly themed workshops. The Workshops will also feature a presentation covering one of the key Cybershare themes. Each workshop will be supported by our key sponsor. In addition to the workshops, supporting research and guidance will be published.
At the end of the pilot, (June 2026) this will be reviewed and the members will decide on how the service will look and agree any subscription model. The pilot will feature industry sponsorship.
